Wouldn’t it be awesome if we could live in a world where we could forgive as quickly as we choose
Wouldn’t it be awesome if we could live in a world where we could forgive as quickly as we choose? Wouldn’t it be great if we could live in a world where we could stop judging people based on the 5% we know about them? Wouldn’t it be better if we were kind more and judged less?
As we are trying to find who we are as we go through life, searching for meaning and understanding, looking for direction in life; we go through constantly comparing ourselves and building ourselves up by tearing each other down, because we want to show we’re better by comparison. Here we are in Australia. Australia’s suicide rate is so high that one person dies every 3 hours. This is a nation that has been shaken not just by suicide but by death everywhere from 6th grade to high school senior for reasons that we may never know. People of the community are asking why? Parents of students are asking why is this happening? What can we do? The main cause… Bullying. Bullying is an issue that we cause, not them. Us as a statistic, us as that 12-17-year-olds of Generation Z. So, tell me why should our mothers, fathers, aunts and uncles, grandmothers, grandfathers, and friends have to deal with our problem and our mistakes?
