The Big data are mainly characterized by 5 V’s properties: Variety, Volume, velocity, veracity and value (Akter & Wamba 2016; Katal, Wazid, & Goudar, 2013).
According to Power (2014) describe big data as ‘high-volume, high-velocity and high-variety information assets that demand cost-effective, innovative forms of information processing for enhanced insight and decision-making’. Based on a researcher International Data Corporation (IDC), express big data as data sets whose attributes make it impossible for current databases and architectures to be stored as well as managed. International Data Corporation insinuates data technologies ‘a new generation of know-hows and architectures designed to extract value economically from very large volumes of a wide variety of data by enabling high-velocity capture, discovery in addition to analysis’.
